My midwife advised me to take B&B with my second pregnancy, and it was successful. Now, expecting our third, I am using it again. Very effective, just be prepared for the contractions & ensure that you are using as directed!!

Linz, it is best if you can wait until you are at least 40 weeks. along. The contractions you are having my not be actual labor contractions and your baby may not be ready to see the world just yet. I know it's hard to be patient, especially when you're uncomfortable, but I promise, it will be worth the wait.

I am 39 weeks is it safe touse the cohosh. I have had labor contractions on and off for days.

black and blue Cohosh works great i was 41 weeks took it 2 times had to force my self to take it a 3rd time ( I was having lots of bad contractions and did not want more!!!) went to the hospital right after that was Dialated at 6 upon arival and boby girl was born in a hour!!! Best labor of my life i have 6 kids and this was the fastest ever it was great and i would so do it again.
