Thank you for the suggestion Colorado,

Indeed, apple cider vinegar has been found helpful for many ailments. For those who do not have the grocery stores mentioned, or the brand mentioned, you should look for apple cider vinegar that says "mother", "unpasteurized" or "raw".

This vinegar may look funny or cloudy, but this means it's what you are looking for. Mother of vinegar is loaded with beneficial microorganisms that many claim will ease numerous health issues.

Hello, life time sinus suffer. The most amazing thing that I found that works better than anything that I have taken for my sinuses(I have taken it all). APPLE CIDER VINEGAR raw unfiltered organic 'with the mother" I take 2TBL mixed in water daily. Never thought this would help BUT IT DOES!!! I could tell a diffrence in 5 days. No side effects. I hope you try it & if it helps you please pass it on. You can get it at Safeway or King Soopers Name brand BRAGG APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

I just hate when my nose is completely clogged or I can breathe but the pressure in my sinuses makes me just squint. When it's completely shut then I'll boil water in the tea pot and put a towel over my head for the steam to open me up. I find that helps but it's temporary.

When the pressure is so bad I can't stand it, I go to the freezer and take out my aromatherapy eye pillow. That seems to really help and it also relaxes me. The coldness of the flax seed really soothes my eyes and sinuses. I've tried different scents but I've finally settled on peppermint. It will instantly open up my sinus cavities and it just wipes away the pressure. I found one online that talked about the benefits of the scents. It was very interesting. The company was A Touch Of Satin. You can find them on the web. At any rate, I think you'll find an eye pillow very helpful. It works wonders for me!
